These Terms of Service govern use of the Family Memory Films website and general communications with Family Memory Films LLC (“Family Memory Films,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Website and Booking Requests

You may use our website to learn about our services, submit an inquiry, request availability, and begin the booking process. Submitting a booking request does not by itself guarantee availability or create a confirmed reservation.

A session becomes confirmed according to the booking and payment terms presented to you during the booking process and in any applicable service agreement.

Service Agreements

Specific terms applicable to a photography or filmmaking session—including scope of services, pricing, deposits, cancellation and rescheduling terms, deliverables, licensing, and other session-specific conditions—may be provided in a separate service agreement.

If a signed service agreement applies to a particular booking, that agreement governs the session-specific terms in the event of a conflict with these general website Terms.

Pricing and Payments

Prices and payment information displayed on our website are provided as part of the booking process. Applicable taxes and any required deposit or remaining balance will be disclosed before payment is completed.

Communications

When submitting an inquiry or booking request, you may choose how you would like Family Memory Films to communicate with you.

SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS communications, Family Memory Films may send you transactional and customer-care messages related to your inquiry, availability, booking, scheduling, payment reminders, session information, and other service-related updates.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
